We think this 70s dress is made primarily of cotton however no makers tag was found.

It  has a white eyelet lace-up lined bodice and a peplum waist. The skirt is unlined with a blue, rust, white floral pattern and a 6" ruffled hem. There's a rear nylon zipper.
